Bilu's Restaurant was envisioned by its owner Bilus Britto throughout her adolescence. His ancestors, Colombian roots, and a collection of International music his mother left behind inspired Bilu's.
On October 27th, 2013 Bilus was inaugurated in Virginia Beach. It opened its doors to a bustling full house and an awaiting crowd.
